All this talk about the iPhone app store going live got me a little peaved this morning. Why? Because it’s not suppose to work for the people who shelled out 500 bucks a year ago and bought one. But after a little research I found out a way around it.
MacRumors shows you how to manually install the new software on your old iPhone and get it to work. I just did it…and everything works fine. I already installed a couple of apps…and they work fine too.
WARNING! This does take a bit of time, cause it backs up everything you have on your phone now, and then adds it back after the software install is done.

So most of you know…that we’ve moved to Austin Texas. No more hawaii…which is sad…but it’s good to cause it means…no more bugs in the house…and it means our house is a lot newer. We’ve got a pretty cool place that’s coming along. But since we’ve moved in me and doan have both had this crazy cough. And it’s not like we feel bad…we just both can’t stop coughing.
A month has gone by…and we’ve come to the conclusion that it’s the new carpet that the complex put in before we moved in. So we ran to costco and bought a good vacuum. Brought it home and started sucking. So after about 10 minutes…and vacuuming half of the place…the bag in the vacuum was full. And it wasn’t just full it was FUCKING DISGUSTING! I couldn’t believe how much crap there was in this brand new carpet.
So beware of new carpets…vacuum the hell out of that thing. I’ll keep you posted on wether or not our cough goes away and that was the cause. But even if it wasn’t…did you see the crap that came out of the carpet? Crazyness.

I discovered this channel 2 years ago, at Chris and Marci’s place. I thought it was google’s channel cause it seemed like every stat was from google. After a bit of research I found out they were right down the street from my old office in san francisco. Then to find out it’s owned by mr green himself…Al Gore.
I just can’t say anything bad about this channel. You watch all of these self made videos, and it’s like having a educated conversation with a smart person at a bar. It’s pretty amazing. Then like today I see this amazing video:
